Leadership

Ross Taylor
“We tell clients the truth about their product, their timeline and their costs — even when it isn’t what they hoped to hear.”
Built Frogmore on a standard of honesty and trustworthiness the co-packing industry rarely offers.
Ross Taylor founded Frogmore Bottling Company® in 2018, driven by a vision to elevate the standards of honesty and trustworthiness in the co-packing industry.
Ross draws from his family’s rich 120-year legacy in agriculture. His deep-rooted understanding of quality control, efficiency, and integrity in agricultural production seamlessly translates to the co-packing world.
This unique background enables him to offer clients valuable insights and innovative solutions, setting FBC apart in the industry.

Nikolaus Lischerong
“Growth only counts if the business underneath it is built to hold.”
Two decades as an entrepreneur, investor, real estate developer, and business operator — now guiding Frogmore’s enterprise strategy and long-term value creation.
Nick Lischerong, co-owner and investor at Frogmore Bottling Company® (FBC), brings more than two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, real estate developer, and business operator.
His background spans business acquisitions, turnarounds, strategic growth, finance, capital allocation, real estate, operations, M&A, and complex negotiations across multiple industries.
At FBC, Nick focuses on enterprise strategy, financial oversight, capital planning, legal and tax matters, insurance, key negotiations, marketing, partnerships, and M&A — helping guide the company’s growth and long-term value creation.

Kurt Dyck
“Every capacity decision should come with a clear view of what it costs and what it returns.”
Brings a full financial picture to manufacturing decisions — costing, cash flow, and the strategy behind capacity investment.
Kurt Dyck serves as Chief Financial Officer at Frogmore Bottling Company®, bringing the financial discipline and strategic perspective of a career CPA and CFO to the company’s growth.
At Frogmore, his focus spans financial reporting and controls, cash flow management, cost and margin analysis across the client portfolio, budgeting and forecasting, and the capital planning behind capacity expansion.
His approach centers on financial clarity: translating complex reporting into decisions leadership can act on, so growth decisions are made with a complete view of what they cost and what they return.

Will Collins
“If it doesn’t taste like the recipe you brought us, it isn’t ready to run.”
Will has been an integral part of the Frogmore Bottling Company® team since day one, bringing over 23 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including 6 years in food manufacturing and co-packing.
At Frogmore Bottling Company®, Will is responsible for all culinary development and client communications, research and development of Seaside Grown products, training, procurement, and daily operations oversight.

Nicole Tindol
“No run leaves the floor without a complete batch record.”
Came up through food safety, then production, then the whole floor — the manufacturing standard at Frogmore is hers.
Nicole Tindol serves as Chief Manufacturing Officer at Frogmore Bottling Company®, with full ownership of manufacturing operations across the facility.
She joined Frogmore as a Food Safety Specialist and advanced through production and facility leadership before taking on the manufacturing organization as a whole — a path that means the standards she enforces are ones she built and ran herself.
Her remit covers production scheduling and throughput, sanitation and food-safety program execution, inventory and materials control, equipment readiness, and the training and development of the production team.
Nicole is accountable for the systems behind every run: SOP adherence on the line, lot traceability and batch documentation, corrective action when a non-conformance occurs, and audit readiness against Frogmore’s food-safety certifications.
She works closely with R&D and the culinary team to move approved formulations into repeatable, scalable production, and with logistics to keep ingredient supply and finished-goods flow aligned to the schedule.
Nicole holds a master’s degree in Environmental Health Sciences from Georgia Southern University and is a Certified Food Protection Manager.
Known for a hands-on, floor-first leadership style, she is focused on scaling capacity without loosening standards — building the team, discipline, and documentation Frogmore needs for its next phase of growth.
Operations & Client Team

Adrienne Hirschauer
“Good decisions start with numbers people can trust.”
Bridges accounting and operations — keeping financial information timely, organized, and actionable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Adrienne Hirschauer serves as Controller for Frogmore Bottling Company, overseeing the company’s accounting and financial operations in support of its growing beverage manufacturing and co-packing business.
She manages the full spectrum of financial functions, including inventory accounting, accounts receivable and payable, cash management, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close.
In addition to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Frogmore’s financial records, Adrienne works closely with operations, production, purchasing, logistics, sales, and leadership to provide the financial insight needed to support day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
Adrienne brings more than seven years of accounting experience across land development, wholesale manufacturing, home building, and the medical industry.
At Frogmore, her approach is grounded in integrity, accountability, and clarity. She views accounting as more than simply managing numbers — it is about creating reliable financial information, establishing strong processes, and giving leadership the visibility needed to make informed business decisions.
As Frogmore continues to grow, she is focused on building scalable financial systems and processes that support both operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Alex Kiehl
“A great product still has to win on the shelf — that’s where I help clients focus.”
Alex Kiehl joined the Frogmore Bottling Company® team in 2020 after relocating to the Carolinas from Kentucky.
She brings a strong foundation in marketing and sales, shaped by her experience at Four Roses Distillery, where she developed a deep understanding of brand positioning and retail strategy.
At Frogmore, Alex focuses on helping clients grow beyond production, working at the intersection of brand, sales, and retail. She partners with clients to prepare their products for market, identify the right opportunities for expansion, and navigate the complexities of distribution with a clear, strategic approach.
Her perspective bridges what it takes to build a strong brand with what it takes to perform on the shelf—helping clients move forward with confidence as they scale into larger retail environments.

Bethany Wiggins
“My job is to make sure nothing about your project falls through the cracks.”
Bethany Wiggins is the Executive Support Manager at Frogmore Bottling Co., where she plays a central role in keeping operations aligned and projects moving efficiently from planning through production.
Working closely with leadership, she supports daily operations, client coordination, and internal systems across the business. Her work spans operations coordination, client relations, HR support, and administrative leadership, helping bridge the gap between production, management, and customers.
Bethany is deeply involved in Frogmore’s co-packing operations, managing communication between clients and the production team while ensuring accuracy, organization, and follow-through at every stage.
Known for her attention to detail and ability to manage complex moving parts, Bethany helps provide the operational backbone that supports Frogmore’s continued growth and long-term partnerships.

Kelsey Connor
“If it isn’t documented, it didn’t happen.”
The operational link between the line, management, and R&D — where documentation, traceability, and daily compliance come together.
Kelsey Connor serves as Frogmore’s Quality & Product Compliance Specialist, responsible for daily operational compliance, line inspection, inventory oversight, and the documentation that stands behind every run.
On the floor, she acts as a dedicated liaison between line personnel, management, and R&D — tracking production times, logging samples, and keeping real-time notes. She communicates directly with Spanish-speaking and H-2 visa staff to ensure date codes, English labels, and production requirements are understood accurately.
She maintains end-to-end three-link traceability, aligning COAs, BOLs, lot numbers, and barcodes on every incoming ingredient. She oversees receiving protocols, allergen verification, and incoming material documentation, and has the authority to accept or turn away damaged deliveries.
Her documentation discipline is what makes corrective action possible: when a non-conformance occurs, the written record is already there. She also manages physical inventory counts, expiration tracking, item transfers, and the correction of procedural errors during transfer cycles.
Routine facility walk-throughs, material inspections, and sanitation-supply and equipment monitoring round out her floor responsibilities, alongside outgoing label verification, R&D sample shipments, and weekly production log and label preparation.

Victor Cortes Diaz
“A well-maintained line is a line that runs on schedule.”
Victor has been an integral part of the Frogmore Bottling Company® team for the past 3 years, bringing valuable expertise in equipment operation and maintenance to his role as Team Leader.
Victor oversees the production team, ensuring that all machinery is in optimal condition to facilitate seamless operations.
His attention to detail and technical proficiency have been crucial in minimizing production delays and maintaining smooth, efficient processes.

Olivia Towey
“Product is tested before, during and after production — no exceptions.”
As the Director of Food Safety & Research and Development, Olivia is responsible for quality and safety testing of products before, during, and after production. She also assists in new product development and procurement.
Olivia appreciates the fast-paced yet highly collaborative and supportive work environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to work in different areas as needed.

Brycen Buchanan
“Ingredients in on time, finished goods out on time — that’s what keeps a launch on track.”
Brycen oversees the scheduling of trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments of ingredients and products across the United States.
He also manages warehouse operations and inventory, ensuring that all eCommerce orders are efficiently shipped to customers from South Carolina to California.
Additionally, Brycen steps in to assist with production whenever needed.
